’m Essie Pearson and I am a 17 year old photographer who has studied photogra[hy as a course for five years. I have a GCSE grade of 8 and a distinction for my diploma. This project is about cyberbullying where I highlight how cyberbullying could be the possible lead to most people’s suicide. I have created and produced a series of narrative photographs to present how being cyberbullied (or being bullied in general) can lead to serious mental health issues and could lead to someone ending their life. I have a passion for producing images that have dark meanings behind them due to the fact that i like creating awarenesses to topics like, suicide, mental health, self harm etc to present to viewers and my audience that these issues are normal to experience but shouldn’t be normalised as a society. As well as these topics, I enjoy photographing nature and portraiture.
